The Round Table Africa is set-up around three interrelated goals. Firstly, the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) is supported in its role as the regional centre of expertise on sustainable economic development. Secondly, value chain action research programs are initiated in countries throughout the region. And thirdly, an international program of information, advocacy and networking should stimulate knowledge sharing between national and international actors, and enable advocacy and networking on issues of sustainable economic development.
