De Boer holds an MPA from Leiden/Rotterdam University (the Netherlands), and an MBA from Nimbas/ Tilburg University (The Netherlands). He has completed Minors in Small and Micro Credit Schemes from Harvard University (Boston), and in Rural Development of the Institute of Development Studies (IDS)/ Sussex University (UK). He has worked for the United Nations and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cambodia, Mongolia, and Palestine. He has extensive experience in working for the NGO sector (MSF/Médecins Sans Frontière and Cordaid) in Liberia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Latin America. As an assistant professor in development economics his research focuses on NGO-business-state partnerships in countries in transition and in post-conflict countries.

Goedegebuure holds a PhD in International Business (Rotterdam School of Management / Erasmus University, the Netherlands). He has worked in marketing research, and (official) statistics. Goedegebuure has specialized in the impact of internationalization on firm strategies and industrial policy. He has performed research projects for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, as well as for European and international institutions. In addition he has authored numerous courses in marketing and marketing research.

Junior Project Consultant
Noor holds an MSc in International Business Studies of the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands) and an MSc in International Development Studies of the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands). She has carried out research on the coordination of development aid policies, urban governance and public private partnerships, in Africa and India. Prior to joining MSM, she has worked for a Dutch foundation facilitating the creation of new businesses by entrepreneurial migrants in Afghanistan. Her areas of interest include global cities, public-private institutional arrangements and network governance.

Mudde holds an MSc of in Sociology of Wageningen Agricultural University (the Netherlands). He works as advisor on strategic marketing, communication planning, vision development and fund raising for organisations active in the area of European and international relations. His interests are in the field of communication as such, and in the use of new information technologies in international cooperation as well as by developing countries. Mudde has worked as coordinator of Euforic, Europe's Forum on International Cooperation. Prior to this, he worked as acting head of the Information Department of SNV, Netherlands Development Organisation and at the Information Department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mijnheer has studied International Business Studies at the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands and is currently completing a Master's program in Strategy and Organisation at the Open University, the Netherlands. Next to working for the Sustainable Development Centre, she works as Program Coordinator Executive Programs at Maastricht School of Management. Before joining the Sustainable Development Centre she worked as Sales Assistant for a Dutch / German energy supplier.

Professor Mvano is a Chief Consultant in Public Service Management. He is the Coordinator of Round Table Africa and the DBA activities at ESAMI. Prof. Mvano holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, USA and an MBA from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
