Short Profile 

Mrs. Mulira holds a MBA from University of Alberta Canada. She was ESAMI’s Manager Finance and Administration (1995-2007).  Before joining ESAMI, Mrs. Mulira was A Principle Consultant with Trans-African Management Consultants, Kenya. She had previously worked with Obafemi Awolowo University (former University of Ife), Oyo State Nigeria. She was Lecturer at University of Makerere, Dept. of Commerce; University of Nairobi, external degree programme and at Kenyatta University, Information Technology Department.
