Mr. Mugwagwa, MBA, is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing Management.  He has over 10 years financial management experience in the NGO sector, and 8 years in local government finance and in the transport and construction industries.  He has wide experience as consultant in financial management for community-based and international NGOs. His areas of interest include taxation, corporate governance, finance and risk management, international business and strategy.
